**Settings**, then **Channels**, gathers every account you use to talk to customers. Each connected channel feeds its conversations into the one unified [inbox](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/inbox/using-the-inbox).

## The available channels

| Channel | What it brings |
| --- | --- |
| **WhatsApp Business Platform (API)** | AI messaging, automated replies and conversation management at scale. Required for broadcast campaigns — see [WhatsApp Business](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/channels-integrations/whatsapp-business). |
| **Facebook Messenger** | Automatic replies, lead qualification and instant support from your Facebook Page. |
| **Instagram** | Automatic replies to DMs and to story mentions. |
| **TikTok** | Replies to direct messages and lead tracking. Recent conversations are imported automatically. |
| **Web Widget** | Live chat on your own site — see [Web widget](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/channels-integrations/web-widget). |

## What you need before connecting

| Channel | Prerequisite |
| --- | --- |
| TikTok | A TikTok Business account, verified. This is the number one cause of messages not arriving. |
| Facebook Messenger | A Facebook Page you administer. Pop-ups must be allowed in your browser. |
| Instagram | An Instagram professional account. Pop-ups must be allowed in your browser. |
| WhatsApp | Either an existing WhatsApp Business account, or a brand-new number. |
| Web Widget | Access to your site's code, to paste the script. |

> **Before any Meta or TikTok connection, allow pop-ups in your browser.** The connection opens in a pop-up window; if it is blocked, the page spins forever with no error message. This is by far the most common connection problem.

## Connect a channel

1. Open **Settings**, then **Channels**.
2. Pick the channel's card from the catalogue.
3. Follow the channel-specific flow. Most send you to the platform to authorise Unifunl and bring you back.
4. When it finishes, the card shows a green **CONNECTED** badge and the linked account name.

Every role can open this page, members included.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### The Facebook or Instagram connection spins and never loads

Almost always the pop-up is being blocked. Allow pop-ups in your browser and retry. This is also the fix on Mac with Safari, which blocks pop-up windows by default.

### I connected TikTok but messages are not arriving

Your TikTok account must be a Business account and it must be verified. Without both, the connection succeeds but messages do not come through.

### Can I connect TikTok directly?

Yes, from Settings, Channels.

### Which channels are not available?

The catalogue is WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok and the Web Widget. If a channel is not in the catalogue, it is not offered today.
