# Store integrations

Store integrations are the first building block: without a catalogue, the agent has nothing to sell. They live in **Settings**, then **Integrations**, under the **Apps** section.

## Supported platforms

| Platform | What is synced | What you need |

## How syncing works

Once the store is connected, syncing is automatic: Unifunl fetches your products, prices, variants and stock levels, then indexes them so the agent can find and recommend them in conversation.

Check the result in **Settings**, then **Products** — see [Product catalogue](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/products-catalog/product-catalog). A product that is not indexed does not exist as far as the agent is concerned.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### My platform is not in the list

Use **Custom store**. You implement the Unifunl Commerce API on your own back end, then supply a base URL and a token. See [API and developers](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/account-billing/api-and-developers).

### How do I disconnect a store?

From the connected integration's card. A confirmation appears before anything is cut. PrestaShop also shows an extra warning describing the impact — read it before confirming.

### My products are not appearing

Check the indexing state in Settings, Products, and run a **Resync** if the badge says **Out of date**.
