The Unifunl dashboard is built around a fixed sidebar — on the left on desktop, in a slide-out menu on mobile. Each icon opens one workspace. This article covers what each one does and who can open it.

## The sidebar spaces

For an **e-commerce** business the order is always the same:

| Space | What it is for |
| --- | --- |
| Inbox | The main workstation: every customer conversation, across every channel. |
| Orders | The orders synced from your store, with their analytics. |
| Support | Your open tickets with the Unifunl team. |
| Leads | The CRM: contacts, scoring and follow-up. |
| Automations | Follow-ups and campaigns. |
| AI Center | Where you configure your AI agent. |

At the bottom of the rail, **Settings** opens the workspace settings.

## Commerce or services

The business type on your profile changes the sidebar.

- An **e-commerce** business sees **Orders**.
- A **services** business sees **Bookings** instead, with a badge counting the pending ones, and gains a **Resources** section in settings.

Every other space is the same in both cases. [Services mode overview](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/services-reservations/services-mode-overview) covers the services side end to end.

## What your role changes

A Unifunl workspace has three roles: **owner**, **admin** and **member**.

| Role | What they can open |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, billing included. |
| Admin | Everything except billing. |
| Member | Inbox, Orders or Bookings, Support, Leads, plus Channels, Integrations and their own profile in settings. |

**Automations** and **AI Center** do not appear in a member's sidebar.

> **Good to know** — a member who opens a page they are not allowed to see is sent to the Inbox. There is no error message; the page simply changes.

## Support and the help center

Two things have similar names and do different jobs:

- **Support**, in the sidebar, is your ticket list. You open a request with the Unifunl team there and follow the reply.
- **The help center** is this site. It holds the guides; it does not open tickets.

The floating help button in the dashboard and the link at the foot of settings both open the help center in a new tab. You can drag that button between screen corners, and it remembers where you left it.
