# Orders list

The Orders space gathers every sale the agent generated, with its status, its source and its synchronisation state with your store.

## The counters

The counters at the top of the page give you, at a glance, the total number of orders, the pending ones, the completed ones, the cancelled ones, and total revenue.

## Store synchronisation

Every order carries an indicator in the **SYNCED** column:

- **A green tick** — the order reached your store (Shopify, WooCommerce and so on).
- **A Sync to store button** — the order exists in Unifunl but has not been pushed to your store yet. Click the button to retry.

> **A sync problem is not data loss** — the order is safely recorded in Unifunl. Only its copy to your store failed. Retrying is enough, and it has no effect on the order, the customer or your stock.

## Filter and export

The filters above the list search by order number or customer, by **source** (the channel it came from), by synchronisation state and by date range. **Export** generates a file of your orders.

### Sending orders to your carrier

Direct integration with delivery companies is coming. For now the recommended method is CSV export: filter to the orders you need to ship, export, and pass the file to your carrier.

## Order analytics

The **STATS** link at the bottom of the Orders menu opens the analytics: number of orders, revenue, average basket, completion rate, cancellation rate, evolution over time, breakdown by source and status, and products ranked by quantity and revenue. **Export PDF** turns it into a report.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### Why do some orders hit a synchronisation problem?

Nothing is fundamentally wrong. The order was created in Unifunl but did not copy across to your store. Retry with **Sync to store** — it has no side effects.

### Do my Shopify orders appear in Unifunl?

Every order placed through Unifunl is available on the platform and synchronises with your store.

### Where do I find customers waiting for a confirmation?

Filter Orders on the **Pending** status. The counter at the top tells you directly how many are in that state.

### Can I connect a delivery company?

Not directly yet. Export your orders as CSV and pass them to your carrier. Direct integration is planned.
