**Settings**, then **Products**, shows what the agent knows about your catalogue. This page is the difference between an agent that can quote a price and one that cannot.

> **E-commerce workspaces only** — in Services mode this page is replaced by [Resources](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/services-reservations/resources), where you define what customers can book by hand rather than syncing it from a store.

## Read the list

| Element | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Indexed** | The product is ready — the agent can find it and recommend it. A product that is not indexed does not exist as far as the agent is concerned. |
| **Out of date** | The local data is older than your store's. Run **Resync** to refresh it. |
| **Refresh** | Reloads the list display, without querying the store. |
| **Resync** | Fetches current data from your store and re-indexes. |
| **Force full re-sync** | An option under the chevron beside **Resync**, in **Resync options**. Re-processes every product, even the ones that have not changed — not just those flagged **Out of date**. |
| **Import** | Imports products from a file. |
| **New product** | Adds a product by hand — a service, a bundle, or an item that is not in your store. |
| **Source** | Where the product came from: a connected store, or manual entry. |

## Keep the catalogue accurate

Synchronisation is automatic once your store is connected, but two things are worth doing by hand:

1. Check for **Out of date** badges after you change prices in your store, and run **Resync**.
2. Add anything you sell that is not in your store — a service, a bundle, a phone-only item — with **New product**.

> **Indexing is what makes search work** — it is what lets the agent find a product from a question asked in plain language, rather than from an exact product name.

## Bundles, packs and discounts

The agent works these out from the information on your site. If a rule is not clearly stated there, tell [Copilot](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/ai-center/copilot) about it, or write it into the additional instructions in the AI Center.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### A product is not appearing in recommendations

Check that it is **Indexed** in Settings, Products, and that it is in stock. If it carries the **Out of date** badge, run a **Resync** to refresh price and stock.

### How does synchronisation with my store work?

Automatically, once your store is connected — WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify or another supported system. The information needed is fetched and added to the platform. See [Connect your store](https://support.unifunl.io/en/help/getting-started/connect-your-store).

### The agent quoted the wrong price

The catalogue is stale. Run **Resync**, then confirm the new price in the list before testing again.

### Does the agent understand my bundles and discounts?

It infers them from your site. Where a rule is not clearly stated, add it manually through Copilot or the AI Center instructions.

## What's next?

Prices and stock are only half of it. Check what else your agent knows.
