Workspace settings

Your workspace name, logo and plan information — plus the settings sidebar that gets you everywhere else.

Workspace settings is where your organisation's own details live, and it is the page the Settings button in the sidebar opens by default.

Workspace Settings: general information, workspace logo, organisation name, and plan and usage.

General information

Set your workspace logo — an image up to 5 MB — and your organisation name. This is the name your team sees, so make it the one they will recognise. Save Changes commits both.

Plan and usage

The Plan & Usage block summarises your current plan, with Manage Subscription next to it, and three counters: Members against your seat allowance, Pending invites, and the date the workspace was created.

The Manage link beside the member count is a shortcut to Team and roles.

The settings sidebar

Every settings page is reachable from the sidebar on the left, grouped into sections:

SectionPages
PersonalProfile — the only settings page a member can open.
WorkspaceWorkspace settings, Team settings, Billing (owner only), Usage.
AppsChannels, Integrations, Products, API keys.
LogsMessage logs.

FAQ and troubleshooting

Save Changes is greyed out

Nothing has changed yet, or a required field is empty. Organisation name is required.

My logo will not upload

The limit is 5 MB. Compress the image or use a smaller export.

I cannot see Billing in the sidebar

Billing is owner-only. Admins and members do not see it, and opening the URL directly shows a restricted-access message.

What's next?
