Connect your store

Link WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, Odoo, Salla, Converty or your own store so products and orders sync into Unifunl.

Connecting your store gives your AI agent the catalogue and the orders it needs to answer. Without this step it can hold a conversation, but it cannot quote a price, check stock, or find an order.

Open the integrations catalogue

In the dashboard, open Settings, then Integrations under the Apps section.

Every role can open this page, members included.

Available platforms

IntegrationWhat it links
WooCommerceA WooCommerce store on WordPress.
ShopifyA Shopify store.
PrestaShopA PrestaShop store, using Admin API credentials.
MagentoMagento or Adobe Commerce, using an admin Integration.
OdooAn Odoo instance, using an API key.
SallaA Salla store.
ConvertyA Converty account.
Custom storeYour own back end, through the Unifunl Commerce API: a base URL and a token.

Connect

  1. Select your platform's card.
  2. Follow the connect flow. Depending on the platform it either asks for credentials in a dialog, or sends you to the platform to authorise Unifunl and brings you back.
  3. When it finishes, the integration card switches to connected.

If the platform returns you to a Unifunl confirmation page, that is the normal landing after authorisation — there is nothing to do there, go back to the dashboard.

Check that it synced

Open Settings, then Products. You will see the synced catalogue and its indexing state. Indexing is what lets the agent find a product from a question asked in plain language.

Disconnect

On a connected integration's card, choose to disconnect. A confirmation appears before anything is cut.

Next

With the store connected, connect a messaging channel so conversations start landing in the Inbox.
