Filters and sorting
Build your morning queue — show only conversations waiting for a reply, narrow by date, and change the sort order.
On a busy day the conversation list is long. The controls above it cut it down to the conversations that actually need you.
The three controls
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Last Message | Sorts the list by the date of the most recent message, or by the other criteria available in the menu. |
| Date filter | Restricts the list to a period, so you can review one day or one week at a time. |
| Unreplied | Shows only conversations that are still waiting for a reply. |
Find the clients who left their number
The inbox gives you two shortcuts to the same call list. Open the search field's Quick searches menu, using the icon at the right of the field, and choose Clients that gave their number. Or select the phone icon in the icon column to the left of the list, below the lead statuses. Both routes write the phone-collected token into the search field. Clear the field to restore the full list.
Build a morning queue
The fastest way to start the day is to work only what is outstanding:
- Turn Unreplied on.
- Leave the sort on Last Message so the oldest unanswered conversations surface.
- Work down the list until it empties.
Combine the phone-collected filter with the Hot status to get the day's call list.
FAQ and troubleshooting
The list looks empty
That is usually a filter still applied from earlier. Turn Unreplied off, clear the date filter, and remove any leftover phone-collected token from the search field — the full list comes back.
Do filters change what my colleagues see?
No. The filters apply to your view of the list only. They change nothing about the conversations themselves and nothing for anyone else.
What's next?
Tickets have their own filters, built around priority and category.
