Services mode overview

Switch your workspace to Services so the agent books appointments instead of taking orders, and see exactly what changes.

Not every business sells products. A salon, a rental company, a restaurant or a practice does not take orders — it takes appointments. Unifunl covers those with a second business mode: Services.

In this mode the agent stops recommending a product catalogue. It quotes your services, checks whether the slot is free, and books the reservation with the details your team needs to prepare it.

Switch the business mode

Open the AI Center and stay on the General Information tab. The Business mode card sits at the top: it names the mode you are on and offers the other one.

The Business mode card in the AI Center, set to Services and reservations, with the button that switches back to E-commerce.

In Services mode the card reads Currently set to Services & reservations. The agent quotes and books slots instead of taking orders, carries a Services badge, and offers Switch to E-commerce.

Depending on the screen, the interface says Allocations (the menu and the list), Services (the panel inside a conversation) or Reservation (the create button in that panel). They all name the same thing: a reservation.

FAQ and troubleshooting

I switched the mode but the menu still shows Orders

Reload the dashboard. The sidebar is built from the business profile when the workspace loads, so a tab opened before the switch keeps showing the old menu.

Do I lose my orders if I switch to Services?

No. Switching changes which space the menu shows, not your data. Orders already recorded stay recorded, and switching back shows them again.

Can one workspace run both modes?

No. The mode is a property of the workspace, and it decides what the agent is allowed to create. A business that genuinely sells products and books appointments needs to pick the one its customers use most.

Where do I define what customers can book?

In Settings → Resources. That page replaces the product catalogue in this mode — see Resources.

What's next?

Before the agent can book anything, it needs to know what you offer.
