Set up in six steps
The onboarding checklist, in order — create the agent, connect a channel and a store, set your hours, send a test, invite your team.
The onboarding checklist walks you through setup in the order the product expects. Each step takes one to three minutes, and the progress indicator at the top of the AI Center tracks how far you have got.
Do them in this order — each one gives the next something to work with.
1. Create your AI agent
Open the AI Center and set up the agent: the business mode, your store details, your delivery and return policies, then its personality and tone.
If filling in forms is not how you want to start, switch to Copilot and describe what you want in plain language instead.
Full details: AI Center overview and Copilot.
2. Connect a messaging channel
Settings, then Channels. Link WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or TikTok, or switch on the web widget for your own site. Recent conversations are imported automatically.
Full details: Messaging channels.
3. Connect your store
Settings, then Integrations. Connect WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, Odoo, Salla or Converty — or your own back end through the Custom store API. Your products, prices and stock sync automatically.
Then check Settings, Products: the agent only recommends items marked Indexed.
Full details: Connect your store and Product catalogue.
4. Set your business hours
Tell the agent when you are open. This is what lets it set the right expectations with a customer about when a human could get back to them.
5. Send a test message
Use the Live Test panel on the right of the AI Center. Send a text message, an image or a voice note and watch the reply. Adjust, then test again. This is your dress rehearsal.
Full details: Test and activate your agent.
6. Invite your team
Settings, then Team settings. Invite colleagues by email. They join as Members, and you promote them to Admin afterwards.
Full details: Team and roles.
FAQ and troubleshooting
Do I have to follow this order?
It is the order that works. The agent needs a channel to receive messages, and a store to quote prices from, so setting it up first and connecting afterwards means each step immediately improves what the agent can do.
What is the percentage at the top of the AI Center?
How complete your agent's configuration is. A low number usually means empty policies or missing store details.
Can I go live before finishing everything?
You can, but fill in the delivery and return policies first. An agent that cannot answer a delivery question escalates constantly.
